Job description:Candidate have experience in Food and FMCG industry company Broad roles and responsibilities will be as under :Product Display & LayoutsDesign and arrange products in visually appealing ways in FDUs across cohorts and citiesCreate window displays, in-store setups, gifting and merchandise fixture display.Ensure displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.Customer ExperienceEnhance the buying journey by making products easy to find and enticing.Use colour, lighting, signage, and props to attract attention.CollaborationWork with marketing and operations to execute campaigns.Coordinate with suppliers for promotional materials and product launches.Market AwarenessStay updated on food trends, competitor displays, and consumer preferences.Adjust merchandising strategies based on customer feedback and sales data.Skills & QualificationsCreativity & Design Sense Ability to conceptualize eye-catching displays.Knowledge of Food & Beverage Industry – Understanding product categories and consumer behaviour.Communication & Teamwork – Collaborating across departments.Analytical Skills – Using sales data to refine merchandising strategies.Technical Tools – Familiarity with design software or planograms.Education – Typically a degree/diploma in merchandising, design, marketing, or related fields..Salary :15 LPA TO 16 LPAExperience: 6 to 10 YearContact Details:Nita NalawadeInterested candidates send resume on nitanalawadeoasis@
