Job Description of Merchandiser (Woven Fabrics) for Mumbai LocationJob Specification- Job Title – Merchandiser (Woven Fabric) - Job Location: Fort, Mumbai - Industry: Garment & Textile - Reports to: Sales Head - Interaction with: Design Team, PPC Team and Account Team - Education Background: Graduate / Diploma in Textile Engineering preferred - Experience: 4 - 7 years of experience in Domestic market and woven fabrics industry. - Technical Competencies: Good understanding of product and requirement. - CTC Budget: up to 6 LPAJob Description:- Understand and coordinate with client’s requirement and arrange samples accordingly via courier. - Responsible for fabric followups, fabric calculations & Design and color approvals. - Meeting with foreign &local buyers & suppliers as and when required. - Communicate with clients by mail for addressing their query, concerns or any other clarification. - Update clients regarding the order status. - Coordinate with Design team for development of new design as per client’s requirement and forwarding the developments to the clients. - Hangers and Samples followup with sampling team - Creation &Maintenance of database. - Preparation of PO in ERP system. - Coordination and execution with production team for timely delivery with quality. - Coordinate with department and provide shipment details to the customer. - Communicate with Accounts team for payment details and closure of the order. - Day to day followup with the sales team members and cross functional teams. - Maintaining all necessary documents for record purpose.Behavioural Competencies- Should have Good computer skills and knowledge. - Experience in interacting with internal / external customers to understand the requirement. - Good Communication (Written & Verbal),strong Negotiation skill and Time Management. - People Management skills - ERP knowledge will be preferableInterested candidates can fill below mentioned formcandidates will get call from us soonRegards,Team-Leed HR Services
