Our vision is to provide high-quality pieces to the public while introducing new customers to the world of streetwear in India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Projekt Street, located in Mumbai. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication, managing the store, and preventing retail loss daily.Qualifications- Customer Service, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills - Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills - Proven experience in managing retail stores - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Multitask - Reach Sales Target monthly and quarterly - Quick learner and fashion-oriented - Must know streetwear culture and Indian streetwear. - Be the bridge between the brand and the customer, staying tapped into trends, events, and the local community. - Assist the store manager in training staff in product knowledge, customer engagement, and brand culture. - Handle all admin and reports with Store manager and founders — scheduling, payroll input, POS systems, and stock audits.
