Head of Retail Operations

- Responsible for P & L of the stores; Ensuring the profitability of each individual store. - Planning, managing & setting up of Branded Retail stores - Deciding and achieving Top line and Bottom line targets of the stores. - Recruiting, training, personal grooming and motivating the counter sales staff and area managers. - Handling with the mall developers/Landlords for smooth stores operations. - Ensuring correct product range in stores in close coordination with brand merchandising team. - To constantly review and monitor performance of business achievement by individuals in the frontline. - To Provide store wise annual sales planning - Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date information of the market place, competitors and trends. - Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities.
