Merchandiser

Job Summary: The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating between buyers, suppliers, and the production team to ensure timely execution of export orders, from sampling to final shipment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between buyers and the company. Develop product samples according to buyer specifications and ensure timely approvals. Monitor fabric and trim sourcing, approvals, and inventory status. Prepare time-and-action (T&A) calendars and follow up with production teams to meet delivery deadlines. Handle order confirmation, costing, and price negotiations with buyers. Monitor quality standards at all stages and coordinate with quality teams. Track order progress and proactively resolve issues that may cause delays. Maintain documentation for buyers, shipping, and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in garment merchandising/export. Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Excel Previous experience in ERP systems is a plus.
