Job Description Job Title: Merchandiser – Garment Company: Banbury Impex Pvt. Ltd. Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai Website: Industry: Textile & Garment Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Job Overview: We are looking for a Garment Merchandiser to manage buyer communication, sample development, and production coordination. The candidate will act as a bridge between buyers and production teams to ensure timely execution and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate with buyers for sample developments, approvals, and order placements. · Work closely with the design and production teams to develop proto, fit, and pre-production samples. · Track and follow up on trims, fabric sourcing, and accessories required for garment production. · Ensure product specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met. · Raise BOMs, costings, and production files as per buyer requirements. · Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and QC teams for smooth production flow. · Monitor production status and prepare internal reports and trackers. · Support documentation and dispatch-related processes. Requirements: · Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, or related field. · 2–4 years of experience in garment merchandising (exports preferred). · Good understanding of garment construction and export timelines. · Proficiency in Excel, Email, and basic documentation. · Excellent communication and coordination skills. Work Schedule: Work Days: Monday to Saturday Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary Budget: ₹ 4.8 – ₹ 5.4 LPA (CTC) based on qualification, experience and communication skills.
