Job Description:
Responsibilities: ❖ Store Display Design & Implementation • Plan, design, and execute visually appealing product displays and layouts in alignment with the brand image and merchandising guidelines. • Refresh displays regularly to reflect seasonal themes, new arrivals, and promotional events. • Lead store setup activities as per the company SOPs and strategic direction. • Liaise with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement new in-store displays and advertisements aligned with brand campaigns. ❖ Customer Experience Enhancement • Create displays that offer a seamless and inspiring shopping experience. • Highlight product features, craftsmanship, and value through engaging presentation. • Ensure displays reflect current and forecasted market trends as per company strategy. • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance the visual merchandising experience. ❖ Collaboration & Coordination • Coordinate with store managers and sales teams to implement visual merchandising strategies and uphold brand standards. • Partner closely with the marketing team to synchronize in-store visuals with campaign timelines, media launches, and promotions. • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of visual plans with broader business goals. ❖ Trend & Competitor Analysis • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences. • Recommend innovative and trend-forward visual merchandising ideas to keep the brand competitive. ❖ Store Layout & Space Optimization • Strategically utilize store space to enhance product visibility and increase sales opportunities. • Ensure store layouts support smooth navigation and an intuitive shopping experience. ❖ Visual Merchandising Standards • Oversee store conditions and display quality to maintain a clean, attractive, and consistent brand presence across all retail locations (PAN India). • Ensure compliance with corporate visual merchandising guidelines, display principles, and hygiene standards. ❖ Training & Guidance • Train and guide in-store staff on visual merchandising best practices and upkeep of displays. • Promote understanding of the correlation between effective visual merchandising and sales performance. ❖ Performance Monitoring • Track and analyse the impact of visual merchandising efforts on footfall and sales metrics. • Prepare and present regular reports with insights, performance metrics, and areas of improvement. ❖ Liaison & Communication • Engage with customers and frontline staff to gather feedback on visual presentation and shopping experience. • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including merchandising, sales, and product teams, to align on strategies. • Liaise with marketing and creative teams for coordination on new product launches, media campaigns, and store advertising. • Travel to retail stores pre- and post-launch and during media campaigns to oversee implementation and ensure standards are met.
