Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Real Estate Consultant. In this role, the consultant will engage with clients to guide them through property buying and selling processes, develop and implement sales strategies, and negotiate deals. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the consultant will provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance industry expertise. Qualifications Experience with Real Estate and Real Property transactionsProficiency in Sales and Negotiation techniquesAbility to provide Training and foster team collaborationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plusFamiliarity with Mumbai’s real estate market and regulations
