Our focus is on compliance, timely delivery, and seamless society formation and handover processes.About the RoleWe are looking for ground-level, detail-oriented professionals to support our team in society-related documentation, legal assistance, and day-to-day coordination across redevelopment projects.This is a hands-on execution role involving fieldwork, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with societies and authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in society formation, registration, and documentation workSupport legal documentation and coordination, agreement preparation, and file management related to redevelopment projectsHandle day-to-day society operations and coordination (pre & post redevelopment) untile final handoverCoordinate and visit government offices, societies, and legal advisors, and consultants for follow-ups and submissionMaintain society records, agreements, and compliance documentationTrack and assist in society payments, statutory dues, and basic accounts coordinationCoordinate with internal teams, legal consultants, vendors, and society membersSupport in handover process to societies Liaise with existing and newly formed societies for smooth transition and operationsAssist in resolving society-related legal and operational issuesKey RequirementsGraduate in commerce / LL.B. preferred (not mandatory if relevant experience is strong)1–4 years' experience in real estate / legal coordination / society-related workExperience in documentation, coordination, or administrative roles preferredBasic understanding of society formation / redevelopment process (preferred)Comfortable with fieldwork, follow-ups, and office coordinationGood organizational and communication skills
