Job Title: CRM Executive (Real Estate)Location: Sanpada, Navi MumbaiWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMWorking Days: 6 Days a WeekSalary- Up to 45kJob Description:Maintain strong customer relationships through CRM systems.Prepare and manage property-related documents such as NOC, Demand Letters, Possession Letters, Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, and Master File for loan processing.* Set and achieve monthly collection targets.* Coordinate with banks and stakeholders for loan disbursement.* Ensure proper documentation as per standard practices.* Handle end-to-end customer lifecycle from booking to possession.* Manage possession planning and resolve related queries with internal departments.* Provide regular project progress updates to customers.* Coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.* Assign and track daily tasks for team members.* Prepare and present MIS reports to management.* Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.* Ensure timely payment collections from customers/banks/clients.* Desired Candidate Profile:* 3–5 years of experience in Collections/Legal processes in Real Estate (Mandatory)* Strong understanding of the real estate customer lifecycle* Good communication and presentation skills* Tech-savvy and system-oriented
