The consultant will focus on presenting and selling residential and luxury real estate properties, managing client relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, guiding them through property purchases, conducting property tours, and negotiating sales agreements. Additionally, the role involves participating in training sessions and staying updated on market trends and developments.Qualifications- Prior experience with Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of the Real Estate market - Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with a proven ability to build client relationships - Ability to guide and support clients through ethically-driven buying and selling processes - Interest in ongoing professional development through training and learning opportunities - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred - Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset
