Strong focus oncontract review, drafting, negotiation , andcontract risk mitigation . Experience indispute resolutionand handling commercial legal issues. Must have prior knowledge and hands‑on experience inIntellectual Property (IP) matters . Experience may be as alegal practitioneror asin‑house counsel . Ability to independently handlecomplex contractual documents . Capable of identifying, evaluating, and mitigatinglegal and contractual risks . Self‑starterwith strong motivation to learn and adopt new skills. Ability to implement innovative legal solutions for organizational benefit. Prior experience in amultinational IT / ITES organizationpreferred. Experience working withinternational clientsis an added advantage. Ability tolead team members , review their work, and guide them effectively. Provide oversight on quality of legal outputs produced by the team.Industry : IT Services
