This role requires someone who can translate strategic briefs into compelling creative directions, mentor designers and video editors, and ensure consistently high standards of creative output across all campaign touchpoints.Key Responsibilities1.Creative Direction & Campaign Development• Lead the visual direction for real estate campaigns from concept to final execution• Develop campaign concepts, key visuals, and creative frameworks aligned with brand strategy• Translate marketing briefs into strong visual narratives and campaign ideas2.Project & Team Leadership• Brief designers and video editors with clear creative direction and campaign objectives• Allocate tasks within the creative team and oversee project timelines• Mentor and guide designers and video editors to maintain high creative standards• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery3.Project Understanding & Strategic Input• Develop a strong understanding of the project, its positioning, target audience, and market context• Conduct project recce to gather on-ground insights that inform campaign direction and creative communication• Translate project insights into impactful visual communication and campaign concepts4.Visual Direction• Provide overall visual direction for campaign assets including graphics, videos, motion content, and marketing creatives• Guide and supervise designers and video editors to ensure strong visual storytelling and brand consistency• Review and approve all visual outputs including designs, video edits, and motion graphics before final delivery• Ensure consistency in the visual language across all campaign touchpoints5.Execution & Quality Control• Oversee the end-to-end development of campaign creatives, marketing collaterals, and branding materials• Ensure strict quality checks (QC) on all creative outputs before final delivery• Maintain consistency in brand language, visual identity, and campaign communication6.Vendor & Production Coordination• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, fabricators, and production partners• Supervise creative execution for site branding, outdoor creatives, and marketing installations• Manage end-to-end store/site branding and experiential creative execution where requiredWho We’re Looking For• 3–5 years of experience in art direction within real estate marketing or advertising agencies (mandatory)• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate campaigns, key visual development, and branding work• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)• Working knowledge of video editing and motion tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects• Strong understanding of campaign development, branding, and visual storytelling• Ability to lead creative discussions and translate strategy into compelling visual communication• Strong project management and team leadership capabilities• High attention to detail with a strong focus on design quality and brand consistency• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentHow to ApplySend your portfolio along with your resume and a short note on why you want to join Unstoppable Solutions to:Email:
