The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining property details, and closing deals or scheduling site visits for the sales team.Key Responsibilities1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads2. Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects (residential/commercial)3. Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly to clients4. Qualify leads and understand customer requirements5. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team6. Follow up with interested clients to close deals7. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets9. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and objections Required Skills & Qualifications1. Proven experience as a Telecaller / Sales Executive in Real Estate (preferred) Or any sector2. Strong communication and negotiation skills3. Ability to convince and close potential clients over the phone4. Familiarity with UAE real estate market (preferred)5. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel6. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined7. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets*Preferred Qualifications*1.
