To manage portfolio of Project Finance through optimal deal structures & exploring new business opportunities in the relevant sectors(Real Estate, Warehousing & Data Center Sectors) while focusing on effective risk management and staying within overall compliance andregulatory framework of the bank.Being updated and abreast with developments in the related sector. • Collect and analyze basic data of the project and all project related information. • Collect and analyze group data and other projects in the group, debt etc • Micro market study to understand the location and other projects in the area viz-a-viz the latest trends in the sale rate in the area, present and future demand, positives and negatives in the area. Comparison with similar projects in the area. • Prepare indicative Term Sheet for customers' acceptance. • Ensuring pre-disbursement documents from the customer. • Ongoing collection of post disbursement documents and data as per approved timelines along with monitoring of escrow account transactions. • Conducting Annual review and Renewals of accounts • Ensure preparation and timely submission of Credit Approval Memos (CAM) to the TL/SH/NH for review.Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. • Review project appraisal, financial modeling, and scenario analysis • Ensures documentation, legal agreements, and compliance requirements.Ensure implementing risk mitigation strategies associated with Project Finance activities.To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance on an ongoing basis with product partners / OSD / Risk Management and other Relationship Management group. Monitor project progress through site visits, consortium meetings, and interactions with key external stakeholders.Looking For :Master’s degree in Business Administration in Finance or equivalent qualification Preferred: Relevant professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), or other similar certifications.Essential: 4-7+ years (Senior Product Specialist) years of progressive experience in the financial industry, with a substantial focus on project finance and other related areas.Preferred: Experience in deal assessment, financial analysis, and risk mitigation, in a leadership capacity within diverse sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, and non-infrastructure projects
