Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in South Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, and providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. The consultant will also conduct property viewings, attend networking events, and stay updated on market trends to better serve clients and achieve sales targets.QualificationsProficiency in Real Estate Sales and comprehensive understanding of the real estate marketStrong skills in Customer Service and client relationship managementSales expertise and ability to negotiate deals effectivelyExperience or knowledge in real estate practices, processes, and regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and meet targetsA valid real estate license or certification is preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsFreshers with convent School background most welcome.Salary from 25000 - 40000 + Incentives (10% - 30%)Two Month's target.Real Esate residential Leasing and Sales in nearby areaOffice Location: Lodha Supremus, Lower Parel.
