Ltd. is an authorized channel partner of Lodha Developers, focused on generating quality leads and driving sales for premium residential and commercial real estate projects.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, able to work independently, and have strong expertise in Google Ads and overall performance marketing.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)• Generate high-quality real estate leads with focus on cost efficiency• Handle paid and unpaid marketing activities independently• Manage Facebook & Instagram ads for lead generation• Create and optimize landing pages in coordination with design/content team• Keyword research, ad copy writing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking• Monitor daily performance, budgets, CPL, and ROI• Lead nurturing strategy coordination with sales team• Manage remarketing and audience targeting campaigns• Basic SEO and organic lead generation support (if required)• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports• Stay updated with latest digital marketing and real estate trendsMandatory Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in real estate• Strong expertise in Google Ads (mandatory)• Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns• Ability to work independently without constant supervision• Good analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)• Knowledge of CRM integration and lead tracking• Understanding of real estate customer journey• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing• Creative mindset with performance-driven approach
