The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in lead sourcing, channel partner management, and direct client acquisition, preferably within the luxury or premium residential segment.You will play a key role in generating quality leads, nurturing broker relationships, and converting prospects into successful closures while delivering a high-touch client experience aligned with luxury brand standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead Sourcing Actively source leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, site visits, and direct outreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokerage networksIdentify new sourcing opportunities and expand the lead pipeline consistentlySales & Client ManagementHandle end-to-end sales interactions—from initial enquiry to booking and documentation supportConduct site visits and client meetings, ensuring a premium customer experienceUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory aligned with their needsFollow up rigorously to drive conversions and closuresChannel Partner EngagementOnboard and manage channel partners effectivelyConduct regular briefings, product walkthroughs, and follow-ups with brokersTrack performance of sourcing channels and optimise for better resultsReporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate CRM records and sales trackersPrepare regular reports on leads, site visits, bookings, and closuresCoordinate closely with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, and legal for smooth executionCandidate Profile2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to lead sourcingExperience in luxury or premium residential sales is highly preferredProven ability to work with channel partners and brokersStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsPresentable, confident, and client-facing with a relationship-driven approachComfortable working with sales targets and follow-up-driven environments
