The role requires deep experience in selling land-led, high-ticket, low-density developments, where relationship selling and CP trust are critical.This is a hands-on leadership role with direct responsibility for bookings, CP productivity, and revenue outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and scale a 100+ active Channel Partner ecosystem focused on premium plotted inventoryDesign and implement CP incentive slabs, accelerators, and payout mechanisms suited for high-value plot salesLead Channel Sales Managers across territories (Mumbai, Pune, NRI, Outstation)Drive site visits, conversions, and closures for high-ticket plot salesHandle CP and client conflicts, dual claims, and deal escalationsWork closely with promoters on:Plot pricing and premium rationalisationInventory release strategy and phase-wise launchBuyer profiling (end-users vs investors)Ensure strong discipline from booking to agreement registrationMaintain exclusivity, brand positioning, and premium customer experienceMandatory Experience & Eligibility12–18 years of real estate sales experienceMinimum 5 years leading Channel Partner–led salesProven experience selling premium plotted developments / villas / plotted layouts / gated land communitiesHas personally built and managed 100+ Channel PartnersExperience handling high-ticket, low-volume sales cyclesPrior exposure to reputed branded developers preferredKey Skills RequiredChannel strategy for premium real estateHigh-value deal negotiation and closureStrong control over CP behaviour and disciplinePricing and premium justification for plotted assetsAbility to work directly with promotersCompensationCTC: ₹12-24 LPAVariable Pay: booking-linked
