The role demands hands-on coordination with consultants, site teams, and frequent travel to project locations.Key Responsibilities:Lead structural and multidisciplinary design coordination across projectsReview & approve structural drawings, calculations, and design reportsCoordinate with architects, MEP, PMC, and external consultantsProvide technical resolution to site-related design issuesEnsure compliance with IS codes, statutory norms, and project standardsSupport value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviewsAttend site meetings, inspections, and coordination reviews (travel mandatory)Manage design schedules, RFIs, approvals, and revisionsCandidate Profile:M.Tech – Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred)15+ years experience in EPC / Real Estate / High-rise / Large-scale projectsStrong expertise in RCC, foundations, steel structures, high-rise systemsWorking knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, AutoCADWillingness to travel extensively across project sitesStrong stakeholder management & communication skillsPreferred Exposure:High-rise residential / commercial / mixed-use developmentsFast-track EPC or developer-led projectsMulti-location project handlingCTC: As per experience & industry standardsReporting To: Head – Design / Project Director
