The role demands hands-on coordination with consultants, site teams, and frequent travel to project locations.Key Responsibilities:- Lead structural and multidisciplinary design coordination across projects - Review & approve structural drawings, calculations, and design reports - Coordinate with architects, MEP, PMC, and external consultants - Provide technical resolution to site-related design issues - Ensure compliance with IS codes, statutory norms, and project standards - Support value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews - Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination reviews (travel mandatory) - Manage design schedules, RFIs, approvals, and revisionsCandidate Profile:- M.Tech – Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred) - 15+ years experience in EPC / Real Estate / High-rise / Large-scale projects - Strong expertise in RCC, foundations, steel structures, high-rise systems - Working knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, AutoCAD - Willingness to travel extensively across project sites - Strong stakeholder management & communication skillsPreferred Exposure:- High-rise residential / commercial / mixed-use developments - Fast-track EPC or developer-led projects - Multi-location project handlingCTC: As per experience & industry standardsReporting To: Head – Design / Project Director
