The role involves doing due diligence , drafting title report , attending client , discussing structure for transactions , Advising and completing sale and purchase of immoveable property in Maharastra for clients . , redevelopment , aggregation of land. drafting proficiency in real estate documents . The Senior Associate will work closely with clients, provide strategic legal advice, and assist in case management and documentation.Qualifications- Proficiency and expertise in land law and Rules - Strong skills in drafting legal documents - Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research - Experience managing and conducting depositions - Knowledge of reading of 7 /12 extract , property card , circulars and gazettes etc - Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills - Membership in the relevant Bar Council and a valid license to practice law - Prior experience in similar legal roles, with a specialization in real estate , is preferred
