The role involves doing due diligence , drafting title report , attending client , discussing structure for transactions , Advising and completing sale and purchase of immoveable property in Maharastra for clients . , redevelopment , aggregation of land. drafting proficiency in real estate documents . The Senior Associate will work closely with clients, provide strategic legal advice, and assist in case management and documentation.QualificationsProficiency and expertise in land law and Rules Strong skills in drafting legal documents Ability to conduct comprehensive legal researchExperience managing and conducting depositionsKnowledge of reading of 7 /12 extract , property card , circulars and gazettes etc Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsMembership in the relevant Bar Council and a valid license to practice lawPrior experience in similar legal roles, with a specialization in real estate , is preferred
