Sunday will be working)Experience: ●Min 6 Years of Experience as Sales Manager Sourcing in Real Estate and 2 + Years of Experience as Channel TL.*Role & responsibilities*: 1. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of channel partner sourcing managers to ensure wide distribution of the project and good sampling in a compressed time period. 2. Network and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a network of channel partners for identifying and acquiring real estate opportunities to ensure depth channel performance. 3. Team Coordination: Ensure effective daily huddles with the team to provide clarity on targets, daily beat plan, daily activity plan and surround building. 4. Lead Gen: Contribute to the development of strategies for effective lead generation for the project maximizing the resources at hand – Telecallers & Database Management, Digital Lead servicing, SMS & Whatsapp Blasts. 5.
