About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager – Channel Sales, you’ll be the vital link between Livspace and our real estate partners — building strong relationships, driving qualified leads, and fueling business growth.Key Responsibilities✅ Build, manage & nurture relationships with brokers, builders, and channel partners✅ Identify & onboard new partners to expand Livspace’s footprint✅ Generate qualified leads through partner networks and direct them to Experience Centres✅ Conduct meetings, site visits & engagement activities with partners✅ Collaborate with Design, Sales & Marketing teams for a seamless customer journey✅ Track partner performance, manage conversions & achieve sales targets✅ Represent Livspace with professionalism, enthusiasm & integrityWhat We’re Looking ForGraduate degree (MBA preferred)2–8 years’ experience in channel sales/business development (interiors, real estate, or home improvement)️ Strong understanding of local real estate & broker networksExcellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skillsProven record of achieving and exceeding targets⚡ Self-motivated, proactive & target-driven attitudeMust own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licenseFluency in English, Hindi & regional language is a plus
