Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven and process-focused CEO to oversee and manage all operations, ensure effective coordination between office and external parties, and drive project execution with minimal promoter involvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor with strong command over development operations, capable of managing teams, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to deliver seamless project progress. Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day business operations and drive project execution Act as the primary point-of-contact between the company and all external stakeholders (consultants, societies, contractors, architects, legal teams, government departments, etc.) Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and compliance with statutory and project timelines Build and manage internal teams and systems to run projects independently Create and execute business plans, strategies, and SOPs Monitor project budgets, approvals, timelines, and quality Represent the company professionally in all meetings and negotiations Provide regular status updates and ensure promoter involvement is minimal Drive operational efficiency and performance culture across the organization Skills & QualificationsProven leadership experience in real estate & redevelopment (preferably Mumbai market) Strong knowledge of redevelopment policies, approvals, and project lifecycle Excellent communication, negotiation & coordination skills Ability to independently manage consultants, authorities, and stakeholders Strong organizational & documentation discipline Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership-driven, and execution-focused MBA / Civil / Construction background preferred (not mandatory) What We OfferOpportunity to lead a legacy real-estate organization Authority to build and shape systems, teams & processes Competitive compensation with performance-based growth Independence to operate and execute with full CEO authority How to ApplyPlease share your resume and a brief statement on your leadership experience to: archit@
