Job Description:

Key Responsibilities : • Regular visits to the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network. • Ensure a continuous flow of customer database and leads through the help of your channel partners. Ensure the highest level of quality in leads • A high-quality lead can be defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner. • Coordinating to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests. Ensuring engagement through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company Maintaining the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conduct • EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum a Graduation or Similar Qualification. • 1 to 2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is mandatory. • Good working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business. • Great sales skills with a knack for connecting with the Channel Partners and End Customers alike. • Two-wheeler with a valid license. • Conversant in English and Hindi or the regional language. • Highly motivated individual who is target-driven. • Flexible with work timings/ schedule and availability
