Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Leasing / Sourcing Manager to drive the expansion of our café retail footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and finalizing commercial properties across high-street locations, malls, and key urban zones. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for strategic retail locations that align with our brand and customer base. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and source prime retail locations for café expansion across target cities or regions. ● Conduct market mapping and location analysis to evaluate customer footfall, visibility, competition, and ROI potential. ● Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sites – high streets, malls, airports, and commercial hubs. ● Negotiate lease terms, rentals, and commercial agreements with property owners, brokers, and mall developers. ● Coordinate site visits, feasibility studies, and financial evaluations of shortlisted properties. ● Work closely with the projects and operations teams for site handovers, fit-out planning, and go-live readiness. ● Manage relationships with real estate agents, landlords, IPCs, mall leasing teams, and other external stakeholders. ● Track real estate trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in location strategy. ● Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing and property finalization Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). ● 3+ years of experience in leasing, business development, or retail sourcing in the F&B, QSR, or retail industry. ● Strong network of property agents, landlords, and mall developers. ● Proven ability to identify and secure high-potential locations. ● Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. ● Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. ● Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and deal closures.
