We’re Hiring | AVP / DVP / VP – Consulting & Valuation Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Consulting & Valuation team . This role will play a pivotal part in driving engagements with government bodies, agencies, and private clients—providing strategic counsel on real estate development, policy formulation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Drive strategic planning & business development across the region, with complete P&L ownership . Lead and oversee consulting & valuation assignments, ensuring quality, execution, and risk assessment . Build robust financial models , conduct sensitivity analysis, and provide transaction support. Engage in business development with government & private clients. Represent Company at industry events, marketing presentations, and internal initiatives . Guide and mentor teams while ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction. Support senior leadership in developing strategic business plans to grow the practice.
