We are dedicated to building impactful collaborations with communities, schools, and organizations.Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid role, based in Mumbai, offers flexibility with a combination of on-site and remote work. As a Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with major donors, overseeing annual giving campaigns, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the foundation. You will drive philanthropic initiatives, build partnerships with potential individual and corporate donors, and set up communication strategies for effective outreach and stewardship. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between fundraising goals and organizational objectives. A part time fundraising manager may also be considered on exception based o network and experience. QualificationsProven experience working with Major Donors and driving Annual Giving programsStrong Communication skills for building relationships and creating persuasive proposalsKnowledge of Philanthropy, Charities, and best practices in nonprofit fundraisingAbility to strategize and lead initiatives for donor acquisition and retentionExperience in stakeholder management and fostering relationships with corporate and individual donorsStrong organizational and project management skillsA degree in Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, Business Development, or related fields is a plus
