We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator – Reliance Foundation ProjectLocations: Barwani, MP (Madhya Pradesh)Salary: 32k to 35k per month based on experiencesPosition Overview : The Project Coordinator will lead the district and play a pivotal role in driving sustainable rural development initiatives related to water conservation and sustainable agriculture. The candidate will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of the project sanctioned by the Reliance Foundation.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership:Provide visionary leadership to the Integrated Rural Development team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, government bodies, NGOs, and donors.Promote a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability within the programs.2. Program Management:Design, plan, and implement rural development programs with measurable goals and outcomes.Oversee the management of the land and water conservation initiatives and promote sustainable agricultural practices.Monitor program performance through data analysis, field visits, and stakeholder feedback.Manage budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and compliance with funding requirements.Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Qualification :Master degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Agriculture frompremium institutes.A minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed organization in the area of land and water conservation and sustainable agriculture.Proven skill in project management and team leadership.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Why Join Us?
