We're Hiring | Development & Fundraising Lead – IC3 InstituteGhatkopar, Mumbai |Global Scope |Full-timeProfile OverviewThe IC3 Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Development & Fundraising Lead to build and drive a robust fundraising function. This role will lead strategy, outreach, and relationship-building with major donors, CSR partners, charitable trusts, and grant-making institutions across India and globally. Working closely with the Founder and Executive Director, you will shape a global fundraising roadmap that supports the mission of "Counseling in Every School."Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy - Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders - Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals - Launch creative fundraising initiatives, including events and campaigns - Track and manage donor engagement, impact reporting, and stewardship - Collaborate with communications to design donor-facing content and newsletters - Support monitoring and evaluation efforts for funded programs - Represent IC3 at external donor meetings and forumsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any field - 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or institutional development - Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills - Ability to build networks, present persuasively, and drive cross-functional collaboration - Experience in higher education, youth development, or mental health sectors is a plus - A self-starter with high energy and a passion for social impactReady to make a global difference in education?Send your resume to hr@Learn more: #NowHiring #Fundraising #CSR #DevelopmentJobs #NonprofitCareers #HigherEducation #SocialImpact #IC3Institute #CounselingInEverySchool #MumbaiJobs
