Position Highlights: The Senior Coordinator of Grants will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of LCIF and LCIF India’s grant making funding, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role involves collaboration with program managers, finance team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of grant funds. What You’ll Do: Guarantee accounting : Maintain accurate financial records for all awarded grants. Verify grantee financial reporting and records are accurate. Prepare and submit financial reports to grantors as required. Monitor grantee grant expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and grant terms. Ensure that all expenses are allowable, allocable, and reasonable according to grant guidelines. Reconcile grant-related accounts and resolve discrepancies. Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of grant budgets. Provide financial analysis and forecasting for grant-funded projects. Communicate effectively with Lion members, Lion leaders and HO (LCI and LCIF), technical advisors, internal departments and resolves all concerns raised within the set TAT. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulations related to grant management, including those specific to India. Prepare and submit timely financial reports to grantors and regulatory bodies. Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. Develop, maintain, and update SOP as per regulatory changes and update HQ counterparts at the agreed frequency. Responsible for ensuring all monitoring reports (MIS) are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Engage, conduct research and analysis of the NGO, Charitable organizations, so ISAME & Africa office is continuously aware of Industry best practices. Execute Service requests of Ad hoc reports as requested by the HQ and/or ISAME & A Regional Manager. We’re Looking for Someone With: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, including grant management,
