We're Hiring | Development & Fundraising Lead – IC3 Institute Ghatkopar, Mumbai | Global Scope | Full-time Profile Overview The IC3 Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Development & Fundraising Lead to build and drive a robust fundraising function. This role will lead strategy, outreach, and relationship-building with major donors, CSR partners, charitable trusts, and grant-making institutions across India and globally. Working closely with the Founder and Executive Director, you will shape a global fundraising roadmap that supports the mission of "Counseling in Every School." Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and institutional funders Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals Launch creative fundraising initiatives, including events and campaigns Track and manage donor engagement, impact reporting, and stewardship Collaborate with communications to design donor-facing content and newsletters Support monitoring and evaluation efforts for funded programs Represent IC3 at external donor meetings and forums Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR, or institutional development Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills Ability to build networks, present persuasively, and drive cross-functional collaboration Experience in higher education, youth development, or mental health sectors is a plus A self-starter with high energy and a passion for social impact Ready to make a global difference in education?
