From India’s softest and most loved sanitary pads to wellness essentials, we focus on high-quality, problem-solving products that empower confidence and comfort every day.Role OverviewWe are looking for a data-driven D2C Growth candidate who will own conversion optimization across our Shopify store while supporting paid performance initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of growth, analytics, and user experience, and plays a key role in improving funnel efficiency and driving scalable acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store & Conversion OptimizationOwn and optimize the Shopify storefront for speed, usability, and conversion upliftPlan and execute A/B tests across product pages, checkout flows, landing pages, and site layoutsContinuously improve PDPs and category pages, including content, imagery, reviews, FAQs, and trust elementsCollaborate closely with design, tech, and content teams on storefront enhancementsEnsure catalog hygiene, accurate product tagging, pricing accuracy, and inventory visibility for campaignsMeta Ads & Performance Marketing SupportAssist in developing Meta ad campaign briefs, including audience segmentation, targeting strategy, and messaging directionEnsure pixel setup, event tracking, and data accuracy across platformsMonitor live campaigns and recommend optimization actions based on performance trendsWork with internal teams and external agencies to drive acquisition, retargeting, and funnel efficiencyAnalytics & ReportingConduct weekly deep-dives on traffic sources, funnel drop-offs, and landing page performanceBuild and maintain dashboards using GA4 and ad platform dataIdentify quick wins and growth opportunities using user behavior insights and performance analyticsPresent clear, actionable performance insights to stakeholdersKey RequirementsMin 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or conversion optimization (D2C preferred)Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and basic CRO toolsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionComfortable working cross-functionally with design, tech, and agency partnersExperience in personal care, wellness, or consumer brands is a plusWhy Join PlushWork with a purpose-led, fast-scaling women’s wellness brandHigh ownership role with direct impact on revenue and growthCollaborative culture with room to experiment and innovateOpportunity to build scalable growth systems from the ground upPlush is an equal opportunity employer.
