To that end, we’ve launched our latest platform focused on Insurance.As a Performance Marketing, you will play a strategic role in driving business goals, right from the top funnel to the bottom line. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for building and driving the performance marketing function. This role will place you in the prestigious intersection of Business, Leadership, Culture, and People.What You’ll Do:Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (UAC, Search, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and programmatic channels.Build and execute full-funnel user acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, app installs, and revenue objectives.Drive mobile app growth initiatives with a focus on scaling high-quality user acquisition campaigns.Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.Identify and scale new acquisition opportunities through affiliates, partnerships, and emerging digital channels.Lead AI-driven creative testing and experimentation to identify high-performing creatives, copies, and campaign strategies.Monitor and optimize campaigns against key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates.Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize efficiency and ROI.Analyze user funnels from app installs to conversions and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.Leverage attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, and Google Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.Create detailed performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership teams.Collaborate with product, design, content, and BI teams to execute growth and retention initiatives.Stay updated with the latest trends, AI tools, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing and app growth.Expected Skills:2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with strong exposure to mobile app acquisition and user growth.Prior experience in Fintech, WealthTech, or BFSI ecosystem is preferred.Proven expertise in scaling app install and user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.Strong understanding of app attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar tools.Excellent knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and funnel analysis.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.Experience with AI-led marketing tools, automation, and performance optimization techniques.Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis.Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and decision-making capabilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environmentLocation: Goregaon West, Mumbai.Apply NowIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you. :e-mail: Send your resume to: Why Join Raise?We’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
