Role: Deputy Manager - Brand Management | Make UpExperience: 4-8 yearsRole Summary:Support the Category Manager in driving category growth through assortment planning, pricing support, vendor coordination, and performance analysis.Key Responsibilities:End to end brand management which includes Brand strategy, Merchandising and Marketing activations in alignment with marketing. Building brands growth strategy.Planning for the set of brands, MBQ alignment, PO working, Inventory managementTracking Opportunity Loss, Availability, NWC at store and SKU grade levelAssortment optimization, and SKU rationalization, Franchise level data managementBuild relationship with brands and manage the dedicated set of brands on own.Actively planning brand led activations along with smooth execution in alignment with marketing team for brand event and Shoppers Stop P0 events.Required Skills & Qualifications:4-5 years of experience in category management, buying, or analyticsBeauty background is preferredStrong Communication skills, Ownership, Analytical skills, Negotiating skills and better understanding of Beauty business.Strong Excel / data analysis skills
