You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales cycle, driving conversations with decision-makers across industries like real estate, hospitality, malls, offices, and more.No fluff, no spam, just strategic, smart outreach that drives real results.QualificationsResearch and build prospect lists (target: Chief Engineers, Facility Managers, Building Owners, Procurement Heads, etc.)Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, and personalized emailsQualify leads and set up high-quality meetings for our sales closersTrack all outreach in CRM and maintain clean datacollaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and targetingAny graduate, skills > degrees1–3 years experience in lead generation / inside sales / B2B sales preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, MS Excel/Google SheetsHunger to learn, experiment, and grow fastAbility to handle rejection and stay persistent
