Designation – SEO ExecutiveGrade – Assistant ManagerYears’ Experience - 2-4 yearsLocation - Mumbai (MIDC, Andheri)HDFC securities is one of the leading stock broking companies in India and a subsidiary of HDFC Bank, a renowned private sector bank.We are currently enhancing and scaling these platforms even further to continue to delight our valued customers.If this sounds exciting to you, come join us!Roles and responsibilities: -Spearheads the development of comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.Devise roadmaps and manage execution of SEO projects like keyword analysis, backlink analysis, competitor monitoring, content audits and gap analysis.Strategize volume, schedule, and makeup of the digital content required by the team within specific time intervals in order to generate a healthy traffic flow.Reviewing site traffic statistics to identify opportunities to improve rankings and site traffic through keyword optimization, link building or other means.Responsible for boosting DA, PA of the website by building Links on authoritative websites.Manage bloggers and influencer outreach and premium content syndication.Manage GMB/GBP listings and optimize the same. Citation creation and cleanup to improve performance in local search.Adhoc & monthly reports and dealing with all SEO enquiries from stakeholdersRegularly review existing site / content / product pages for improvementProviding top level insights on current performance and areas to grow in the futureIdentify new opportunities for growth and provide sound forecasting and commercial rationale to support your recommendationsKeeping up to date with search news, monitoring traffic accordingly and providing your viewpoint of changes.Qualifications and Skills:2 -4 years’ experience in SEO in particularly BFSI sector.A thorough understanding of on- and off-page SEO, local SEO, and a desire and ability to learn and absorb new skillsFamiliar with common industry tools: GA, GSC, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz etcLogical and analytical thinkingExcellent English (written and spoken) & communication skillsProactive, driven, analytical, commercially focused individualHighly motivated and hard working with strong attention to detail
