This role plays a key part in maintaining workplace harmony, addressing grievances, and supporting organizational policies and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issuesAddress the employee grievances within time frame in co-ordination with the respective officers and managersProvide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor lawsSupport conflict resolution through mediation and problem-solving strategiesEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policiesMaintain accurate records of employee relations cases and documentationAssist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiativesConduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategiesSupport performance management processes and disciplinary actionsCollaborate with HR and leadership to promote a positive workplace cultureDevelop trust and strong relation between employee and employerQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field8 –10 years of experience in employee relations or HR rolesKnowledge of labor laws and employment regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft OfficeKey Skills & CompetenciesConflict resolution and negotiationEmotional intelligence and empathyStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAttention to detailOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyReporting To:HR Manager / Head of Human ResourcesWork EnvironmentOffice-based with regular interaction with employees across departments.
