If you have a knack for creating impactful SEO strategies and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities of the role: SEO Strategy & ExecutionDefine and lead overall SEO strategy, integrating AI-driven insights and automation.Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.Optimize site architecture, user journey, and UX/UI elements for improved performance.Develop link-building strategies and perform detailed backlink analysis.Implement contextual internal linking and logic-based meta tag optimization.Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and AI-led SEO innovations.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.Use AI tools to predict search trends, automate reporting, and optimize content strategies.Audit accounts regularly, identify gaps, and recommend best practices.Prepare SEO reports, RCA for KPI dips, and present insights.Collaboration & Client ManagementWork closely with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.Handle client communication, ensuring deliverables are accurate and on time.Create and deliver presentations for internal and client updates.Leadership & MentoringMentor at least one SEO Analyst, including task allocation, platform training, and time management guidance.Assist the manager in project management and cross-team collaboration.Encourage team adoption of SEO and AI tools for efficiency.What you will need: 4+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving organic growthAdvanced expertise in technical SEO, site architecture, and performance optimizationCommunication Skills (Should be able to understand the requirements of the client, pass on the information to the team to work on, update the manager)Proficiency with SEO & AI tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, ChatGPT, etc.)Strong project management, and cross-team collaboration skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to create actionable insightsStrategic mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on AI opportunities in SEOOwnership of work with accountability for deadlines and qualityProfessional email etiquette and client-facing communication skillsRespectful, collaborative, and open to learning new skillsAbility to mentor juniors in time management, communication, and problem-solving
