Job Title - Freelance SEO Specialist – Skincare / Beauty (Performance Marketing Exposure)Job Type - Freelance / Consultant (Remote)Years of Experience - 2-4Role OverviewWe are looking for a freelance SEO expert with strong experience in skincare/beauty or eCommerce websites to improve our organic visibility, rankings, and conversions.SEO expertise is mandatory.Experience in performance marketing (Google Ads / Meta Ads) for D2C brands is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities SEO (Primary Focus)● Conduct keyword research for skincare products & concerns (e.g., acne, pigmentation,anti-aging)● Optimize product pages, category pages, and blogs for search intent● Implement on-page, technical, and content SEO strategies● Perform SEO audits and fix crawl/indexing issues● Build high-quality backlinks in beauty/lifestyle niches● Improve rankings for high-intent keywords (transactional + informational)● Track performance via GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrushPerformance Marketing (Secondary)● Manage Google Ads (Search + Shopping) campaigns● Run Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) for skincare products● Optimize for conversions, ROAS, CPA● Set up and manage tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM)Requirements● Proven experience in SEO (mandatory)● Experience working on skincare, beauty, or eCommerce websites● Strong understanding of:● Product SEO & category page optimization● Content SEO (blogs targeting skincare concerns)● Hands-on with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4● Basic to intermediate experience in Google Ads / Meta Ads● Ability to show measurable results (traffic, rankings, sales/leads)● Experience as a freelancer / consultant preferredPreferred Qualifications● Experience with D2C brands / Shopify / WooCommerce● Understanding of consumer search behavior in skincare● Knowledge of influencer/UGC-driven marketing (bonus)
