We are catering to end to end digital marketing solutions for premium brands in the country.Key Role Objectives:Account ManagementResearch, Innovation, knowledge sharingMentoringFollowing processes, suggesting new processes to improve efficiencyManaging a team of 2 or 3 people with complete responsibility of their training, projects, clients, etc.Complete client communication inclusive of calls and meetingsComing up with new ideas for automation of processes.Responsibilities /Tasks:Google AdWords & MSN adCenter.Creating account structuresExpanding on keyword listsCreating and modifying ad copiesManaging account and campaign level settingsResearching on new happenings in PPC and in digital marketingSharing the research through email and discussionsSuggesting new ideas for the account expansion based on researchHelp new joiners settle into the organization and their daily routineHelp them in case of any teething problems in PPCFollow schedules, deadlines and other processes as laid down by the team head.Suggest new processes to improve on old ones and make them more scalableTake up the role of Project Manager for the mentees’ projectsTrain them on job on new methods to enhance account performanceHandle client communication for their projectsTrain them to eventually take up a bigger roleHandle clients when difficult situations ariseAttend client meetingsCreate presentations to show clients progress, etc.Discuss ideas with immediate superiorCoordinate with other teams to action on these ideas and suggestions.Experience:2 years – 4 yearsQualifications:BE (any stream) from a reputed engineering collegeGAP CertifiedJob Related Skills: Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a timeSet and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the TeamIndependently handle clientsShow results with majority of campaigns performing better than benchmarksProactively research and contribute to the research teamPrior experience in handling bid management tools is an additional (not necessary) advantageStrong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoningKeen interest in technology-based marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and other web -based channelsSoft Skills:Superb communication skillsSelf-starter / self-motivated individualPeople ManagementDisciplined: On attendance, deliverables and adhering to company ethical standardsHigh intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and explore
