At VeeFly, you get the best of both worlds: the financial stability of a profitable, bootstrapped business and the intellectual challenge of a cutting-edge AI lab.Link Job Summary:We’re looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and scaling paid campaigns.In this role, you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, while working closely with creative, analytics, product, and CRM teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.You’ll play a key role in turning marketing spend into measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), and Microsoft Bing AdsBuild high-performing campaign structures including ad sets, audiences, ad groups, creatives, and bidding strategiesDesign and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segmentsManage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaignsPerformance OptimizationContinuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and LTVIdentify high-performing audience segments and scale winning campaignsConduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarkingImplement advanced targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom segmentsAnalytics & TrackingSet up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Bing UETMonitor funnel performance and attribution models across channelsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insightsIdentify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and campaign efficiencyCreative & Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creativesProvide data-driven creative briefs based on campaign insightsWork with product and CRO teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion ratesWho You Are3–5 Years in the Trenches: You’ve managed significant monthly spends and have the receipts to prove your success.Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen)Experience managing campaigns on Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and audience targetingExperience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixelsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google SheetsExperience running A/B tests and interpreting campaign performance dataThe /"Edge/"Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or programmatic DSPsExperience in SaaS, AdTech, D2C, Creator Economy, or Growth Marketing environmentsFamiliarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or customer lifecycle platformsBasic knowledge of SQL or Python for marketing data analysisWhy Join Us?Work at the intersection of AI, creator economy, and performance marketingOpportunity to own campaigns that scale globallyFast-paced startup environment with high ownership and experimentationCollaborate with a team passionate about growth, data, and innovationTo apply please share your updated resume at
