Publicis Media Paid Media – Performance Marketing This role involves supporting the planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. The position requires a blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong coordination skills to manage campaign activities, track performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management & Coordination: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns primarily on Meta. Ensure timely execution and adherence to project timelines and goals. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the preparation of regular performance reports and actionable insights. • Budget Tracking & Optimization: Support in managing campaign budgets by tracking spends, ensuring efficient allocation, and aligning with performance objectives. Assist with financial documentation and reporting. • Inter & Intra Level Communication: Act as a point of contact for campaign updates, data sharing, and coordination. Support internal and external communication through platform skills and status updates. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or campaign management. • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and campaign performance metrics • Certifications in digital platforms are a plus
