Role: Performance Marketing Manager (4–5 Years Experience)Organization: FPA EdutechLocation: Borivali, Mumbai Role OverviewFPA Edutech is seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts. The role focuses on driving high-quality leads, optimizing cost per lead (CPL), and maximizing ROI across multiple paid marketing channels.This position is critical in achieving aggressive growth targets for our finance education programs, including flagship certifications and career-oriented courses. Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution● Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels● Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion) aligned with business goals● Launch and optimize campaigns for lead generation, app installs, and conversions2. Lead Generation & CPL Optimization● Drive high-volume, high-quality lead generation while maintaining target CPL benchmarks● Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve conversion rates● Manage budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns and geographies3. Data Analysis & Reporting● Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards● Generate actionable insights and weekly/monthly performance reports● Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and funnel drop-offs4. A/B Testing & Experimentation● Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies● Identify winning combinations and scale high-performing campaigns● Collaborate with design and content teams for continuous creative iteration5. Funnel & Landing Page Optimization● Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to improve landing page performance● Optimize user journey to reduce friction and increase conversions● Implement tracking pixels, event tracking, and attribution models6.
