Job Description:Strategy Development- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive positioning.Campaign Management:- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.- Track campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI.Content Creation:- Oversee the creation of engaging and brand-consistent content for all marketing channels.- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and written materials.Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and interns, ensuring alignment and productivity.- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Performance Analysis:- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market trends.Brand Management:- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing initiatives.- Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.Partnerships and Collaboration:- Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Qualification & Experience:MBA in marketing or equivalent degree, with a minimum 10 years of relevant experienceORBachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, with a minimum 12 years of relevant experienceRequired Expertise:Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with a track record of successful campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.Experience in Technology domain is a plus.Location of work:IIT Bombay Campus, Powai, Mumbai 400076.
