Marketing & Community Executive

Job Summary:The Marketing & Community Executive will play a critical role in building and amplifying the fund’s brand, ecosystem presence, and portfolio visibility. The role combines content, community, and execution excellence to position the fund as a credible, founder-first investor within the BFSI and enterprise technology ecosystem.This individual will be responsible for driving high-quality content, curating and engaging a relevant founder and investor community, executing premium events, and supporting portfolio and investor communications. The role requires a strong blend of creativity, structured execution, attention to detail, and increasing leverage through AI-driven workflows.Key Responsibilities:·   Brand & Content: Drive consistent, high-quality content across platforms; maintain a clear and credible brand voice; publish timely updates and periodic thought leadership. ·   Community Building: Grow and engage a curated ecosystem of founders, operators, and investors; drive meaningful interactions, follow-ups, and inbound opportunities. ·   Events: Plan and execute high-quality, curated events end-to-end, ensuring strong audience relevance and seamless delivery. ·   Portfolio Marketing: Amplify portfolio companies through announcements, content, and milestone storytelling; build narratives around fund value-add. ·   Investor Communication: Support LP and institutional communication through well-designed updates, decks, and accurate data room materials. ·   AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability of content, research, and workflows; drive experimentation initiatives. ·   Communication Excellence: Ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free execution across all written and visual communication. Operations & Systems: Maintain structured marketing calendars, budgets, vendor coordination, and organized asset repositories; proactively drive new initiatives.About the companyWe are an early-stage tech venture capital fund backing founders building AI-first enterprise technology for the Financial Services industry.
