Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Programmatic Campaign Manager with strong expertise in DV360 and Amazon Ads ecosystem to drive end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and performance. The role requires a data-first mindset, hands-on trading expertise, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Execution- Plan, set up, and execute programmatic campaigns across DV360 and Amazon DSP - Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: trafficking, QA, launch, pacing, and optimization - Ensure timely delivery and adherence to campaign KPIsOptimization & Performance- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization (audiences, creatives, bids, inventory) - Leverage platform insights to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency - Implement A/B testing frameworks across creatives, formats, and audience segmentsPlatform Expertise- Hands-on expertise in: - DV360 (Google Marketing Platform) - Amazon DSP / Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads, Display, Video) - Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, contextual, and 3P data integrationsAnalytics & Reporting- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights - Build performance reports, dashboards, and client-ready presentations - Work with tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Attribution, IAS, MOAT for measurementStakeholder Management- Collaborate with internal teams (planning, analytics, creative) for integrated delivery - Act as a key point of contact for campaign updates and performance discussions - Coordinate with platform partners and vendorsProcess & Best Practices- Ensure adherence to platform and agency best practices - Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and QA checklists - Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvementsKey Requirements- 3–6 years of experience in programmatic / performance media - Strong hands-on experience with: - DV360 - Amazon DSP / Amazon Ads ecosystem - Good understanding of: - Ad serving (CM360 or equivalent) - Measurement tools (GA4, IAS, MOAT, Amazon Attribution) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency - Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills- Experience in ecommerce / retail media (Amazon focus preferred) - Exposure to data-driven attribution models and audience strategy - Familiarity with other DSPs (TTD, MediaMath) is a plusSuccess Metrics- Campaign delivery vs KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) - Optimization efficiency and performance uplift - Accuracy and timeliness of reporting - Client satisfaction and retentionLocation- Gurugram & Mumbai
