Performance Marketing Analyst

About the Position: We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is not focused on just executing campaigns, but on treating marketing as a data problem driven by numbers, structured thinking, and experimentation.In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing performance across the full marketing funnel, identifying inefficiencies, and driving optimization through data-backed decisions. You will also leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance, automate workflows, and improve overall outcomes.What will you do at QI?Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads and Meta AdsAnalyze full funnel performance: CTR → CVR → CPA → ROASIdentify inefficiencies using data-driven insightsRun structured experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pagesBuild and interpret reports using GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/SheetsUse AI tools for creative generation, analysis, and automationBasic Job RequirementsBTech from a reputed engineering college.PPC marketing experience: 1 year Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and unit economics.Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets (ability to analyze and interpret data effectively).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down problems using data.Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).Ability to make data-driven decisions and clearly explain the rationale behind them.Preferred Job RequirementsHands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for marketing use cases.Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows.Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, scripts).Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.About QuantInsti®: QuantInsti® was started in 2010, by the founders from iRage – a leading quant and algo trading firm in India.
